This information is presented very relevant to the country on the existing drug policy and the need to rethink and adapt the strategies being developed by the government. Yet this document was not released properly for reasons unknown ... Hopefully this document could be analyzed more in depth, to mobilize institutions of government and civil society to discuss scientific information on problem of drug trafficking and consumption, taking into account successful experiences in and outside the country and based on respect for human rights.
